Came here for lunch and was not disappointed. The ramen was full of delicious flavors. The pork was cooked pretty well and paired really nicely with the broth. The broth was both sweet and savory with amazing umami flavors. The takoyaki could use more a bit more octopus, but was good nonetheless. The water seemed to be infused with star anise which was really delicious and refreshing.
Very good ramen. Would come back for sure.

We were seated immediately after arriving a bit past 5:00 and a weekday. The dining area was nearly full when we left around 6:30.
I had the dry garlic ramen this time and it was very tasty. The noodles are still just right. This dish has no broth (does that make it a mazemen?).
We started with the crispy pork ears, which were a bit much for me... 2-3 of these heavily fried pork skins with mayo are a treat, but they bring what could easily be 3000 calories worth with a single order.
Service was friendly and attentive as before. -

I FOUND IT! The best ramen spot I've ever been to.
Small plates: A wide variety of selections and even some hamachi! The chicken karage and shishito peppers are my go-to's.
Broth: I ordered the Spicy Miso and it was very flavorful yet light. Every spoonful is decadent yet doesn't leave you feel bloated. The consistency of the broth tells me it has been simmer for many hours.
Toppings: A wide variety of selection and unlike other spots this place was very generous with their toppings. My favorite being their poached eggs.
Price: Very reasonable.
Parking: A pain but that's anything anywhere within the area. -

Everything was delicious but it was a little difficult to order since almost everything has pork in it. We have to substitute the ramen broth for veggie broth and sub the meat as well. The corn fritters seem to be a restaurant favorite. They charged extra for all the subs but overall enjoyed the dining experience

The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the spicy miso and it was delicious. I also ordered a mojito and it was strong, but delicious. The drink was definitely worth the price. This place has great ramen and great service. There may be a wait, my advice is to be ready to wait 30-40 minutes but it'll be worth every minute!
